Leonard (Lenny) Ohlsson, Broker - Owner

Leonard (Lenny) Ohlsson is retired from law enforcement in Suffolk County, New York. He is Broker and Owner of Spruce Creek Fly-In Realty.

In 2007, Lenny joined a group of pilots from Spruce Creek for an aerial reenactment of the historic Lewis and Clark Expedition. One of the pilots created a slideshow of the trip. If you want to see where they went, you can either use the Power Point or OpenOffice version. They are fairly large files, so patience is needed.

He is also a Notary who performing marriage ceremonies for our friends and neighbors. Additionally, Lenny is a ATP pilot (SEL, SES, MEL, Glider, Helicopter, CFI, & CFII.). Antique bi-planes, like his 1941 WACO UPF-7, holds a special place in Lenny’s heart. Lenny's jokes are so old that he usually just has to tell the punch line to get a laugh. If you know any new jokes, please tell him. All those around him will appreciate it.

Ken Renner, REALTOR

Ken Renner, Office Manager, is a native of Daytona Beach whose family has lived here for generations. He is licensed as a Broker/Salesman and is also a Notary. Additionally, Ken is a pilot (Single Engine Land) and talks about working towards his instrument rating. In addition to his duties helping Spruce Creek Fly-In Realty customers and friends, Ken helps to manage the office and is our in house computer guru. His many hats include Network Manager, Hardware & Software Trainer, WebMaster, and an eager audience for jokes.

Matt Dillon, REALTOR

Matt Dillon, a native of Michigan, has a career full of sales experience with Ford Motor Company. Since his retirement from Ford, he has pursued various passions like golf, boating, traveling and flying. In the past few years, Matt has redirected his energy to as a full time real estate salesman and has proven the adage that customer service is the priority in any business endeavor, but it is paramount in real estate.

Crystal and Harry Hughes have experience in real estate brokerage, rentals and business and are full time agents with our office. Crystal started her career as an executive vice president with Firelle Industries and owns and operates two real estate offices for the last 22 years in Maine. Harry was a TWA captain and retired after 33 years of service. Harry owns and operates two Ace Hardware stores for 33 years. They moved to Spruce Creek in 2004 and have built two Van’s RV aircraft, one for Harry and one for Crystal. Stop in and say “Hi” to Harry and Crystal. Pat Ohlsson, REALTOR

Patricia (Pat) Ohlsson is a native of New England who spent most of her pre-Florida life in New Jersey and New York. Pat's organizational skills have been honed in several careers and interests ranging from manufacturing to beekeeping. Her Spruce Creek community interests include Treasurer/Membership Chairman for the Spruce Creek Flying Club and Treasurer of the Spruce Creek Garden Club. Additionally, she is a member of the Nominating Committee of the International Organization of Ninety-Nines. She was also the recipient of the Amelia Earhart Memorial Scholarship for her Multi Engine rating. Pat recently received her SES (Single Engine Sea) rating at Jack Brown’s in WInter Haven, Florida.

Pat's Pride and Joy is her Grumman Tiger which she has owned practically since it was new. She has raced it in many races, including the Garden State 300, the Dulles 300, the Empire State 300, the Nutmeg 300 and the Spruce Creek 300. Pat also flew in the Air Race Classic, placing 8th,
 

Maureen (Mo) Reynolds, REALTOR

Maureen Reynolds, also known as Mo Brixius, is active in Golf, Bridge, Hospice and is currently Chairperson of the Community Relations Committee.
Mo, a resident of Spruce Creek since 1997, brings over twenty years of sales experience to better help you with your Real Estate needs.

Maureen is very active in various Fly-In activities. She is one of the hard working people that produces the Spruce Creek Update, the Fly-In’s monthly magazine. In addition, she runs a free referral service to help residents find goods and services that other residents have had good experiences with.

Dick and Jonnie Vanatta... Either one, on their own, would be a force to reckon with. But with one supporting the other, they are unstoppable. Jonnie, who started with Spruce Creek Fly-In Realty before Dick, believes that, as an agent, she should not just try to satisfy her clients. She tries to astound them. Dick, on the other hand, believes in customer service. That may sound simple, but when customer service is taken to its proper extent, as it is with Dick, virtually nothing is left to chance. No detail is insignificant. No request is trivial.

Dick is a very active pilot, motorcyclist and golfer. Jonnie, too, rides as well as golfs.
