Nature Home in the Lakes with Pool

 A 2 bedroom 2 bath home with a den/bedroom, a screened patio and heated
pool. To modernize the home, a renovation plan was implemented. The following was done in 2003: new tile floors; neutral paint throughout for ease of decorating. The kitchen, was completely redone (new
appliances); the great room (with skylights for extra light), has sliding glass doors opening onto the covered lanai and pool, creating a great place for entertaining. The pool was refurbished; a new gas heater
and cleaning system were added; and the garage floor was epoxied. In 2004, all new screening around the pool was completed; new double front doors were added; a tiled landing outside the front
doors and a sidewalk leading from the front of the home to the patio were built. A showplace home with a wooded greenbelt area behind the pool for privacy.
