John Bachmann has been a Spruce Creek resident since 2000, having grown up in neighboring Brevard County since 1954.
He’s had a Florida Real Estate license since 2007 and prior to that a New Jersey Brokers license as well as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) rating since the early 1980’s.
John flew in the US Army and retired with a Purple Heart, Air Medal with 7 OLC, Meritorious Unit Commendation, and Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm awards. He retired from TWA in 2000 as a Captain/Flight Instructor/Check Airman and has restored a North American T-28B which he took to Oshkosh twice, along with being a member of the local EAA chapter. He presently is restoring an old Jeep with his son and some 1932 Fords.
