Stefan Buntenbach
Stefan, speaking both, English and German was born and raised in Germany. Since 1996 he and his wife Nina have been residents of Spruce Creek. They are also owners of a hangar in the Crosswind-subdivision. With their upgraded Mooney M20F, Nina and Stefan are travelling on a regular basis through Florida and the whole USA.
Stefan started his professional life as a photographer, working mainly for illustrated magazines and published more than one billion copies of his photos. He also was a partner in a public relations company, working for a large international banking group and other companies. As an author, he published a pilots travel guide for Florida in German language.
Stefan is an active 12000 hour ATP pilot with ratings for Airbus A320, Single- and Multiengine. He soloed on September, 10, 1991 and worked for several airlines in Germany and the USA as pilot and instructor. Stefan also has gained experience in the German real estate market due to his former work as a partner in a real estate company in Germany.
During their leisure time, Nina and Stefan like to run. They both took part at several marathons and shorter runs. Especially during sunrise and sunset, they enjoy running through our community.
