Pat Ohlsson – Sales Associate Spruce Creek Fly-in Realty, pilot, Member 99s
Pat Ohlsson brings a wealth of experience to her clientele. She has invested years of participation in the Spruce Creek community to offer new and potential residents an informed and personal introduction to the outstanding choices of activities that make up our unique community.
An accomplished pilot, aircraft owner, and active member of The Ninety-Nines, International Organization of Women Pilots, Pat served on various office and committees of the 99s. She holds a Commercial Certificate with Instrument, SEL, SES, MEL, Glider, Tail Wheel Endorsement, CFI and Ground Instructor ratings. An avid participant in women’s air racing, she has participated in the Air Race Class, and various 300 nm proficiency races. Pat earned the Amelia Earhart scholarship for her multi-engine rating.
The measure of a real estate professional is taken, not only from sales expertise and the ability to “crunch” numbers but community involvement as well.
From a varied career which began in manufacturing supervision, Pat and her husband Lenny purchased property in Spruce Creek and acquired Spruce Creek Fly-In Realty. Pat’s community interests quickly contributed to their early success. Spruce Creek Fly-In Realty’s growth has mirrored the growth of the Spruce Creek Community over the years into a world leader among communities of its type.
Pat’s leadership provides a “springboard” for new residents to quickly become a participant in Spruce Creek’s community activities. She serves as Treasurer/Membership Chairman for the Spruce Creek Flying Club and is past Treasurer of the Spruce Creek Garden Club. Administration of the annual “Christmas Toy Parade” provides community interaction essential to the timely integration of new residents into the Spruce Creek experience. She served on the membership committee of the Spruce Creek Country Club.
Pat has been recently elected to the 99s as a Trustee to the Endowment Fund.
